Remote Instruction for the 2021-22 School Year
District 7, along with all school districts in Madison County, will offer a 100% remote option for qualified students during the 2021-22 school year. Illinois State Board of Education requires that all public school districts offer remote instruction next school year if requested for students who are:
- at an increased risk of severe illness
- have special health care needs
- live with individuals at an increased risk of severe illness.
A physician’s note will be required for verification of one of the above conditions.
If families are interested in having their student(s) who qualify be remote learners for next school year, please complete the survey below. Only complete this survey if you are interested in 100% remote instruction for your student(s) next school year. Please understand that by completing this survey, you are not officially signing up for remote instruction. This is being used to gauge the number of potential remote learners that District 7 will have for the 2021-22 school year. Those who fill out this survey will receive additional information about remote learning next school year as it becomes available.
