TigerView – https://tigerview.ecusd7.org
TigerView allows parents secure access to current student data such as: attendance, assignments, progress reports, report cards, bus information, teacher, and staff contact information. The system is turned on the Wednesday before school starts and turned off two weeks after the school year ends, except for EHS summer school. Returning parents are given a document with their login information at Registration. New parents are given a handout walking them through the process to sign up for a login by going to the website, https://tigerview.ecusd7.org, and clicking the link “Click Here to Register for HAC.”

My School Bucks – www.MySchoolBucks.com
My School Bucks allows parents to prepay, using their credit or debit card, for their child’s school breakfast, lunch, and ala carte food items as well as pay for Instructional Materials fees and Activity fees. The company charges a $2.49 transaction fee each time parents fund their child’s cafeteria account and the company charges 3.95% for transactions that include Instructional Materials, Activities, or Performing Arts fees. (Please note that these are fees charged by the company to process payments; the District does not receive any portion of the transaction fees.)
Visit the website www.MySchoolBucks.com to enroll:
- Go to www.MySchoolBucks.com and click Sign up today!
- Create an account for yourself and your children using your student’s birthdate
- Provide credit or debit card information
- Click Cafeteria Payments to add money to a cafeteria account for breakfast, lunch, and ala carte items.
- Click School Store to pay for student fees such as Instructional Materials, Athletics, and/or Performing Arts.
*Your student must be registered one full day before you will be able to sign up for an account.
**Please note that it may take 24-28 hours to process your payment and access meal funds.**
School Messenger
The District uses School Messenger to provide timely communication to parents and staff members via phone calls, text messages, and emails. To comply with wireless carrier requirements and protect against unsolicited text messages, parents must “opt-in” to receive important information from the district via our SMS text messaging service. To “opt-in,” send a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of these messages at any time, by replying “Stop” to any district message.
Master Calendar
All District and individual school events are now located under one calendar on the district’s website at http://ecusd7.org/events/. This new calendar allows parents to view all district events or specific school events. You may also export the calendar by clicking the icon

Virtual Backpack
District 7 often receives requests from other organizations to distribute information to students. The Virtual Backpack will provide users with access to information from non-profit organizations, intergovernmental agencies, and business partners. Letters, flyers, fundraiser notices, etc. will be posted on each School’s Virtual backpack page. The Virtual Backpack can be found under “School Info” on each school’s website.
Pick A Time – Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling Software
This system is for parents to use to sign up for their student’s Parent Teacher Conferences in the fall. Parents can go to www.pickatime.com/ecusd7 and register using their student’s name, building, and birthdate. Information is sent in an email when the system is opening.
Schoology – High School Only
Schoology is a Learning Management System is used at the high school. Schoology organizes all teacher documents, quizzes, videos, worksheets – virtually every tool a teacher uses, in one location. Teachers can quickly create media-rich lessons, reuse their past courses, and even embed content from e-textbooks, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, YouTube, One Drive, and countless other web tools. Teachers have the capability to securely and efficiently administer test and quizzes, offer feedback on assignments, and assign and collect homework. Students assigned to a course in Schoology can access the curricular content while in school and at home. Students can complete and submit assignments to the teacher online.
Digital Resources – Math & Science
